We are pleased to announce that our EPDM-017 compound, used in the manufacture of rubber seats for butterfly valves intended for drinking water installations, has obtained DVGW certification for hygienic suitability according to System 1+, within risk group P1.
This important recognition certifies compliance with the requirements established by DVGW CERT ZP 1000, UBA KTW-BWGL and DIN EN 16421, following the successful completion of the evaluation and certification process carried out by the competent bodies.

Obtaining this certification under System 1+ represents a particularly significant milestone for Cauchos Castilla. This assessment and control system goes beyond product testing alone, as it also includes the supervision of the manufacturing process and ongoing compliance with the requirements established by the certification programme.
